All prices + GST. Your final setup fee is quoted after a free discovery call, based on practice size, specialty and scope. After six months, the Essential plan continues month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel.

Why is there a minimum 6-month Essential plan?

The first months after opening are when most new practices hit their first billing, staffing and compliance snags. The Essential plan keeps a dedicated PM with you through that period, so the systems we set up actually hold.

Can you set up a telehealth or virtual practice?

Yes. For virtual clinics that includes telehealth platform setup, cloud systems, online booking and payments, billing and compliance for virtual care — all delivered by video call, anywhere in Australia.

What isn’t included in the setup fee?

Third-party costs like registration and application fees, software subscriptions, fitout, equipment, recruitment advertising and legal or accounting fees. We’ll flag these early so you can budget for them.

Do you set up practices outside capital cities?

Yes. Virtual setups are delivered anywhere in Australia. For physical clinics outside capital city metro areas, on-site support is available with a travel surcharge, quoted in advance.
